Collection and processing of personal data

When you visit our website, our web servers store the IP address you were assigned by your Internet service provider by default, as well as the website from which you came to the Daimler site, the webpages you visit within the site and the date and duration of your visit. Personal data is only stored if you enter it, e.g. in the context of registration, a questionnaire, a competition or placing a contract. Upon request, Daimler or the relevant representative of Daimler will, in the shortest time possible, disclose in writing whether your personal data has been stored by us and state which data this is in accordance with applicable laws. If you are registered as a user, we offer you the possibility of viewing the data yourself and, where appropriate, to delete or change data. Should, despite our efforts to ensure accuracy and relevance, incorrect information be stored, we will correct these errors upon your request.
