Notes on attaching suitable child restraint systems
Only child restraint systems with the following ECE standards are permitted for use in the vehicle:
ECE R44
ECE-R129 (i-Size child restraint systems)
Examples of approval labels on child restraint systems:
Label for child restraint systems in accordance with ECE R-44
Label for child restraint systems in accordance with ECE R-129
ISOFIX or i-Size child restraint systems of the following “Universal“ category can be used, in accordance with the tables on suitability of seats for the attachment of child restraint systems, on seats marked U, UF, IUF or i-U.
Semi-universal child restraint systems are indicated by the text "semi-universal" on the approval label. They can only be used if the vehicle and the seat are listed in the child restraint system manufacturer's vehicle model list.
In the printed Owner's Manual, you will find details of the suitability of the seats for attaching:
A belt-secured child restraint system.
An ISOFIX child restraint system.
An i‑Size child restraint system.
