Making a call via the overhead control panel
Requirements:
You have access to a GSM network.
The contract partner's GSM network coverage is available in the respective region.
The ignition is switched on so that vehicle data can be transferred automatically.
Mercedes me calls are not possible in every country. Find out at a Mercedes-Benz service centre if these functions are available in your country.
To make a Mercedes me call:
press button . To make an emergency call:
press SOS button cover briefly to open. Press and hold SOS button for at least one second.
for at least one second. If a Mercedes me call is active, an emergency call can still be triggered. This has priority over all other active calls.
